Morgan brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience in long-term care to her role as Provisional Administrator. Her deep-rooted commitment to improving resident care, team morale, and operational success is evident in every facet of her leadership.
Morgan began her career in long-term care, working in the activities department before transitioning into the nursing team. Over time, her skills and drive led her into management and consulting roles, including 13 years as a Regional Manager and Consultant. She also held positions as an Assisted Living Manager, where she significantly increased occupancy, and most recently as a Provisional Administrator at both Elma and Belmond, where she led teams to achieve deficiency-free surveys.
Morgan believes in the power of people-first leadership and fosters a culture where collaboration, creativity, and shared goals drive excellence. She thrives on the energy of a strong team. She is known for her approachable leadership style and her ability to unite people around a common mission: to improve life for residents and make it more fulfilling for staff.
Assisted Living Manager
With over 16 years of dedicated service, Tanya brings deep experience, strong leadership, and heartfelt purpose to her role as Assisted Living Manager. Her connection to the organization began as a nursing student completing her practical nursing preceptorship. From there, she embraced the opportunity to stay on as a nurse—and never looked back.
Driven by a passion for helping others and supporting older adults in maintaining their quality of life, Tanya has grown her career steadily from the ground up. After earning her associate degree in nursing, she took on progressively advanced clinical and leadership roles. Her career path has included serving as a floor nurse, QA nurse, MDS/unit manager, Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Co-Director of Nursing, and Director of Nursing—each position preparing her with the insight and resilience she now brings to her current role.
Anya leads by example, working alongside her team with an approachable, collaborative spirit. Her blend of clinical expertise and strong interpersonal skills has helped her build lasting rapport with residents, families, and staff alike. She is deeply committed to creating an environment where residents feel at home and her team feels supported and empowered.

Belle Haven residents can choose from one-bedroom, den, or two-bedroom layouts with kitchens, private patios, and generous closet space. The facility features a library, walking paths, and a whirlpool spa, and connects to Rehabilitation Center of Belmond.
